Kaye usually spends a minimum of an hour and a half with each session. (unless you're unusually photogenic... then you will just be lucky enough to get done earlier. :-)

Kaye takes 99% of her photos outdoors...thus the "Natural Portraits of Life".

The first hour of sunlight in the morning [sunrise] is the abosolutely best light there is! God's studio lighting is the best!

Kaye gets her best shots when you're not really looking!

By order of her immediate family, Kaye DOESN'T do weddings... :-) Sorry, but she will and LOVES TO DO Bridal PORTRAITS and engagement shots.

About my work...

I work exclusively on location – your favorite location(s). Sessions take place in the great outdoors, taking advantage of the “natural” beauty of nature and its surroundings. Life is made up of so much more than just smiles and I feel my style steps out of everyday traditionalism and into a distinctive approach all its own.

My technique is a photojournalistic and spontaneous style of photography. I've found that this style captures not only the moment, but the personality and essence of each person photographed.

I want your session to be enjoyable and relaxed, so I take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours with each photo shoot. Afterwards, besides the usual prints, I can take these exclusive shots and design a bookstore quality hardbound book for your library or coffee table to be viewed and revisited with friends and family. Prices for books vary greatly and each one is custom made, so just ask me if you're interested.
